Have The Insurance policies Of the Obama Administration Killed Our Small Enterprise Development Engine?

Maybe you’re a small enterprise individual, and you might be like me; if you hear a politician inform us they’re for us little guys, you simply cringe. It seems to me after many years of watching their lips transfer that they might care much less about us, and would moderately proceed to get their marketing campaign battle chests stuffed by their massive company lobbyist piggy banks. Okay, let’s discuss. You see, there was an fascinating article in Reuters on February 1, 2016 titled; “U.S. small business borrowing sank in 2015: PayNet,” by Ann Saphir. The article acknowledged:”What started as a full gallop in 2015 is barely trotting along now, said Bill Phelan, President of PayNet; “We’re barely changing worn-out property right here.” Small Company borrowing is a key barometer of growth because it is the little firms that tend to do much of the hiring that fuels economic growth. Lending slowed sharply to small businesses in mining and agriculture, as well as in wholesale trade, transportation and construction, the figures showed. Texas was particularly hard hit.”

So, what is the Obama Administration’s reply to this vexing drawback, oh one thing typical of the way in which they run issues and regulate their financial knowledge (like employment figures) simply change the definition of “Small Business” as an example there was an article in Authorities Govt on-line information on January 29, 2016 titled; “SBA Finalizes New Business Size Standards,” written by Charles S. Clark which acknowledged:”The new size standards will enable nearly 1,650 more businesses in those industries to obtain or retain small company status; will give federal agencies a larger pool of smaller companies from which to choose for their procurement programs; and will make more small businesses eligible for SBA’s loan programs,” SBA stated in a launch.”Okay but, smaller companies do not want to borrow money, why? They don’t trust the system, the future, the economy, this administration, or future regulations due to a socialist population base mindset and evil-one percent hatred motif, nor would I as a former franchisor. This new size standard change would include businesses over 150 employees and the “SBA estimates that greater than eight,400 extra companies will achieve small enterprise standing beneath the adjusted dimension requirements and turn out to be eligible for SBA’s monetary and federal authorities procurement packages,” the agency said. “These adjustments can probably result in $150 million to $200 million in extra federal contracts and 80 extra loans, totaling about $30 million, to small companies.”

Nice information proper, nicely not so quick. You see, these bigger corporations will get Federal Contracts that small companies, actual ones can not get, that means fewer mother and pop companies getting cash from the Federal Authorities in our ever growing government-run economic system, not free-market run economic system. That is no answer, that is simply stupidity worsening the true drawback is search of political expediency. Please think about all this and assume on it.
